Five suspended bands of colour hold their distance from one another. They do not dissolve, they remain distinct. The structure is intentional, reflecting spiritual teachings about the five levels of the soul, from the physical to the divine. Each band becomes a layer of consciousness, quietly ascending.
The stillness in this work is not softness. It is restraint. Built with pearl pigment flakes and translucent automotive paint, the surface demands precision and offers no space for correction. The calm that appears is the result of tension held without collapse.
“Destinies of My Soul” speaks of layered existence. We are not one seamless field. We are strata of instinct, doubt, memory, and longing, moving upward, seeking reunion with light.
